PET/CT Technologist (Part-Time, 16 Hours per Week) - Evergreen Radia, Kirkland (Totem Lake)
In this position, you will perform a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing PET/CT Imaging.  You will also model Radia’s commitment to exemplary patient care, customer service and teamwork. The primary responsibilities are:

  • Perform all PET procedures per established protocols. Perform CT procedures if appropriately licensed. 
  • Screen patient prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to the exam and explain procedure.
  • Properly prepare and position patient for PET/CT procedures.
  • Assist interpreting physician as needed.
  • Support Radia efforts in quality and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who meets these requirements:

  • Must have satisfactorily completed formal Nuclear Medicine training in a program accredited by the American Colleges and Schools Association.
  • Must be registered as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist. ARRT registered in Radiography preferred, but not required. Washington State certified as a Radiologic Technologist is also required.
  • Minimum of two years work experience doing Nuclear Medicine in a clinic or hospital environment is required. Previous PET experience is strongly preferred.

Per Diem Sonographers, MRI and CT Technologists
We are currently looking for per diem Sonographers, MRI and CT Technologists to work in our imaging centers in Kirkland, Edmonds, and Everett.

In the CT and MRI positions, you will perform a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging.  Sonographers will perform a variety of ultrasound procedures for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.  You will also model Radia’s commitment to exemplary patient care, customer service and teamwork. The primary responsibilities are:

  • MRI/CT: Perform all MRI and/or CT procedures per established protocols. Properly prepare and position patient for MRI/CT procedures.
  • Sonographers: Perform variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular and small parts.  Responsible for preliminary assessments, summarizing diagnostic data and communicating this information with diagnostic images, orally, and in writing to the interpreting physician
  • Screen patient prior to examination for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to the exam and explain procedure.
  • Assist interpreting physician as needed.
  • Support Radia efforts in quality and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who meets these requirements:

MRI/CT Technologists:

  • Must have satisfactorily completed formal radiologic technology program
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic license required.  Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Advanced registry in MRI and/or CT preferred
  • Minimum of one-year MRI and/or CT experience preferred
  • Possess complete understanding of the use of multi-slice CT scanner and/or MRI scanner and applications as well as related computer applications

Sonographers:

  • Graduation from 2-4 yr. C.A.H.E.A. accredited ultrasound program, B.S. degree in ultrasound technology preferred
  • Registered sonographer or must obtain appropriate registry within 18 months of hire
  • Minimum 1 year experience as ultrasound technologist

Marketing Director

To help us continue on our growth trajectory, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to assume full responsibility for leading our marketing efforts from our Corporate office in Everett, Washington.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and measurement of an integrated marketing, communications and sales program in support of Radia’s strategic objectives and priorities. The successful candidate will lead our sales-and-marketing team in a targeted physician outreach program that builds customer loyalty and increases referral volumes. This person will also drive data-driven marketing plans, measuring return on investment and other key metrics for critical strategic plan activities. We are seeking a candidate with a unique combination of analytical and marketing communications skills who can ensure consistent articulation of Radia’s mission, values and image while enhancing the Marketing team’s ability to articulate strategies based on solid research of potential markets.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years leadership experience in marketing, sales management, public relations, and communications, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • BA or BS in Marketing, PR, Communications or related business field. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and driving a strong sales program and in training, motivating and building sales-and-marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to function both strategically and tactically.
  • Practical knowledge of research methodology, report writing, and statistics.
  • Demonstrated experience applying market penetration strategies, market development techniques, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing programs that maximize ROI.
  • Experience producing accurate, timely and targeted marketing communication materials.
  • Adaptable and flexible, exhibiting grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment of multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands.

Controller

We are currently seeking a Controller with a minimum of five years experience in health care accounting to join us at our corporate office in Everett, Washington.

The Controller is responsible for leading the financial reporting and budgeting processes in addition to managing the day-to-day functions of accounting, payroll, accounts payable and treasury. Because Radia is in growth mode, the ability to maintain and strengthen internal controls in a constantly expanding environment will be a key factor in this position. We are looking for an effective leader who can coach a team of financial professionals to achieve excellence in finance and accounting.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years progressively responsible accounting experience, with at least five years accounting experience in health care.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred.
  • Three years proven leadership experience involving accounting professionals and administrative support.
  • Experience with MAS 90 highly desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with 401(k) administration, insurance, corporate tax planning and payroll tax returns.
  • Solid experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Insurance Verifier
We are currently looking for an Insurance Verifier to join us in our corporate office in Everett

We are looking for an organized team-player with strong knowledge of insurance requirements.  Great communication skills are a must, as you will be working with Radia business office staff, outpatient centers, and partner/provider offices:

  • Verify insurance and potential necessity for pre-authorization
  • Recognize and follow MSP, ABN, and COB rules for each payer in addition to performing ICD-9 screening and pre-authorizations
  • Communicate updates and changes to insurance verification and pre-authorization requirements/processes to patients, internal/external customers
  • Document information in patient accounts and records

We need someone who has the following experience, skills, and education:

  • Knowledge of health insurance, ICD-9 and CPT coding
  • 1-2 years experience working as an insurance verifier, preferred.
  • Previous medical office experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Patient Accounts Customer Service Representative
We are currently looking for a Patient Accounts Customer Service Representative with experience in a high-volume medical billing environment to join us in our corporate office in Everett.

We are looking for an organized person with great communication skills that knows how to prioritize work assignments. 

The primary duties include:

  • Take all patient accounts phone calls, update insurance information as needed, and re-bill claims to correct insurance.
  • Assist patients in resolving any account problems or answering questions
  • Forward all patient calls requiring more detailed information or further follow up
  • Identify problem areas and notify Supervisor of any notable problems; suggest solutions

We need someone who has the following experience, skills and education:

  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding, medical terminology, medical billing office routines, and computerized medical billing systems
  • Effective research and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments to provide efficient and timely workflow for all duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Some college preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare billing and follow up.
