Radia is contracted with the insurance companies and health plan administrators listed below. Please be aware that these contracts change frequently. While we will continually update this list, you should always confirm insurance coverage prior to your appointment.

Insurance contracts vary. Please contact the Radia site of interest for details.

Those insurance companies we have a contract with, which we are required to accept what they allow as payment in full, do not bill the patient unless directed to do so by the insurance. In some cases, a referral/authorization may be required in order to provide and be reimbursed for services rendered.

For any Medicare HMO (Secure Horizons, Sterling) or Basic Health and Healthy Options plans, even though Radia may not be contracted with the carrier (Group Health or PacifiCare) these are processed under the Medicare and DSHS rates which Radia is obligated to accept.
